Here’s a quick list of the fitness programs that I’ve created to help thousands of people lose weight and get fitter than ever.

These workouts are primarily audio-guided mp3 workout programs. I developed them to give more people access to fitness coaching and motivation without having to break the bank to hire a trainer.

So all you need to do is download a workout, load it onto your iPod or mp3 player and you’ve got me on your headphones to guide you throughout the workout. It’s truly awesome stuff!
