Today’s post is all about giving you the goods.
Specifically, I’ve put together a lengthy, yet highly important video that will give you some amazing weight loss help to help you overcome many of the most common weight loss challenges that everyone shared in one of our previous posts.
I read each one of the 115 comments and lumped the many of your weight loss concerns into the following 8 themes…
- snacking (during the day or night)
- lack of motivation to exercise
- being influenced by others (ie. traveling, staying with others), lack of support
- lack of self control (eating too much, too little, etc…)

thanks for making this video Yuri. I think I hit a plateau. I lost 30lbs. but has been so hard!!!!!!!! to continue loosing more, so yeah, I ate, didnt go to the gym…but I was like, I have to get back in track. They way you explained with the table how ur body works helped me understand what’s happening to me. I guess I have to press on now and continue. Thanks so much.

Great work, Yuri. After many years of following an acidic steak and eggs type bodybuilding diet with great results you have convinced me to give this a go. I suspect i will feel much better for it… thank you. Where do you stand on soy protein isolate powder and HRT for healthy males to boost test into the upper region of ‘normal’?

I understand the importance of environment and support and the benefit of finding a progam that helps. A lot of people I know are very good at following programs for a certain amount of time. But most of them leave the program and go back to eating and not working out. Like the yo yo affect. They loose a bunch of weight and then gain it back then they find another program to get it off and it is a cycle. So I am torn over the find a program advice. Yes they can help and yes some people do stick with them. But I think for a lot of people, programs are a way of not having to take responsibility for looking at themselves and asking the really important questions that are required to make real changes from within. Asking yourself why you want to lose weight is a start but it needs to go much deeper than that.

Thankyou for being honest about the amount of time it takes to make a juice of that quality and quantity. I always hope that people will not be deterred from healthy strides because of their excuse “i don’t have time to prepare healthier meals,” because often they don’t realize how easy small changes be. BUT, somethings do take a CONSIDERABLE amount of time and if someone were under the impression that it was going to be easy and fast, they might walk away from the experience rather flustered. Better to know what’s realistic so they can prepare well when they decide they do want to adopt a new habit.
Im fasting this month can i still use the treadmill for a few minutes each day
