First of all, excuse me for my lack of english, I’m dutch.
What if I’ve already got almost all of these habits in place?

- giving all I got while working out.
- planning almost evrything (workout, nutrition, …).
- trying to think positive, visualize.
- exploring all kind of exercises, finding the ones that work for me.
- …

But still I’m not making the progress I should be making, I’m working 10 times as hard as other people while they’re gaining muscle twice as fast.
Could this just be genetics? Or a hormonal problem (low testosteron)?

    I guess you’re one of the lucky few Miguel. But, if you’re not where you want to be, then there’s some stuff you may not know. For instance, many of our pros have overcome “bad” genes to go from super skinny (or super fat) to building incredibly muscular and fit physiques. You’ll get to find out how they did and thus how you can do it too!

Yuri Hi,
My question for you about Fitter Than The Pros is this:
Most people aspire to great health and fitness but fail to attain it. What is the missing link between wanting it and obtaining it?Can the pros inspire me to take that extra step I have always missed to obtain the results I want?

    Hey Pierre, that missing link will vary from person to person but I do believe that listening to the journey of the 11 fitness pros in the project can really inspire you and give you some AHA moments as to different things you could be doing to reach your goals.

Does this program work in conjunction with your other programs or is it a stand on its own? I’m already a member of the FitterUFitness (month 2) and I’m loving it. Have seen results. Would I drop this for the new program and why should I if FUF works for me? If the new program doesn’t work for me, could I then return to the FUF?

    Hey Jo-Anne,

    This is definitely a complementary program that is meant you to give you added motivation, inspiration, and success tools to help you make the most of what you’re already doing (i.e FUF). The goal is for FTTP to help you get MORE out of what you’re already doing!

Hi Yuri, Thanks for the always excellent work. I have completed the Cleanse and already had had strong success with my exercise program which I constantly tweak for improvement. I am also one of your insiders. What I am doing seems to work. I love being part of your group. I am unsure with my current strong work effort, likely compliant genetics, and constant striving for improvement, how FTTP will take me higher? Always willing to listen!

    Great to hear that you’re doing so well. I think it’s still helpful to learn what the “pros” are doing. We should always be learning and investing in ourselves and modeling what works. This program will do that for you.

Hi Yuri! I just want to say that right now you are one of my favourite motivators and inspirators! I almost read and watch everything I can from you about health, fitness and food etc. I however do this only through your free give aways since at the moment I am jobless. My goal is to be active in the working field again next year(2011 March)in the my beloved fitnessarea again. Right now i’m spending my freetime working out, trying to read as much motivational lecture as I can and also working on loosing weight.(about 25 kg!!!)So that I can be in TipTop shape when I join the workforces again! Thank you so much and I will refer as much people as I can to look you up, cause my friend I think a CHANGE is GONNA COME..Oh YES IT WILL!!! ;-) Bless,B

My question is, Well. First leme say this, then get to my question. There’s the thoughts, The intention’s, the motivation that Cause stuff to happen, the manifestion in the material world. Like the pen or chair, or anything around you. It all started at a thought.
Thought> Words> Action> Habits> Results.

So Your targeting the thought’s, Your geting us motivated to do anything, because anything starts at a thought.

my question is… Once we are motivated, we start applying it in to action’s, but how do we know were making the right action’s? to get more suspific, I wana train all day long, and have a meal every hr or so, to keep me going.

I wana have full body high intesity work outs 10 hrs streight, and run for 2 hrs. I would… Im really motivated to. I wana get a 6 pack, and im strong mentaly balanced. But even tho i got the motivation, Im being told doing more then 2 muscle groups a day is bad, because theres not enough amino acids in the blood, protien to be shared around, and how il only get weeker, and other stuff.
Im being told running is bad for the knees, so keep it to a minimum. Im being told milk is bad and good. I get all this mix information.

so i got the Motivation, i got the succses mind set i belive. But im having hard time menifesting it in to an action, because im not sure what action to take. Is it okay to train all day long?
Once were motivated, how do we know witch action to take to produce the results we want? Are we defeshient in motivation or defeshient in information? You dont need to answer that last question.

To sum it up, my 2 questions. I wana train all day long, high intesity, im being told il get weeker, and all this other stuff, bad for my heart, Ect. Can I?

And after we got the succses mind set that we can do it all, how do we know witch action to take, how do we know its right?

    Salvatore, please do not workout 10 hours per day. That’s a recipe for disaster. My best suggestion would be to use a properly designed training program (ie. Fitter U Fitness) that can show you HOW to workout properly and get great results without killing yourself. It seems like you have the WHY but your HOW needs to be modified.

    Learning how our 11 fitness pros achieved their results will also be of big help to you.

Hi Yuri,

I have all the information that you can get on diet, fitness & health. All the workouts of beachbody.com including Insanity, all the diet info available out there: cheat your way thin, extreme fatloss, turbulance training, 7 minute muscle, diet solution etc etc… really, if its on the market then I have it. I also have the hypnosis cd’s, engery factor etc for motivation…
I plan my workouts, I diet and still I’m not losing the desired weight nor I see any muscle formation. I’m 30 years, had a baby 5 months ago, have been always in an ‘ok’ shape but I want a bit of muscle, flat belly etc… I have been doing (in my opinion) everthing correct but still not seeing the results I would like to see. I have been dieting and exercising since I was 18! but still no muscle formation, no flat belly nothing…

So my question to you… what am I doing wrong? How will your progam help me?

Hey yuri, thanks for all the inspiring videos. youre doing a great job. i have a few questions for you. first people are telling me that i am not getting as much protein as i should. i eat 100% raw and organic like your book said, vegys, fruits and nuts and seeds. i make a smoothie in the morning (2 liters) and drink before work at 7am, i have an hour commute. at 10:00 i eat nuts and seeds, then at 12:00 i eat a 1.5 – 2 lb. salad, then when i get home i do a lil workout and eat a small salad. my question is that isnt there protein in everything?
besides that i feel the best i have felt in a ling time, i especially like the feeling i get when i see someone do something good or something along those lines(sort of like goosebumps all over, and you can actually see them too) so it doesnt really matter whether i am or not i love the feeling
Oh by the way i am 20 yrs old, and am an automotive tech.

Hi there yuri!

In my opinion, i would really love to have one of the 3 ( possably 5 ) Free copies, because! Well, My friends and I, are over weight. Wev been trying to hit the gym, hit the track, run, Diet, were able to keep it up for a while.. but as soon as one of us lets go, pretty much face reality that were not loosing weight, well we kinda go crashing down again =(.. Then we start back up, and no results, and go back down, and its an endles cycle of that. I belive the fitter then the pro’s, would be a really great help for us!

Love your programme – the free one that is – because like someone else’s comments – I am jobless at the moment.
Would love more info as I have a replacement heart valve and take lots of drugs to slow my heart down. They seem to slow my metabolism too, so along with my age (I’m 57) I am really struggling to shift 50 lbs+!! The more a weigh the more out of breath I get and then the less I do so it’s a catch 22 situation and it has to end now.
Keep up the good work and I will keep being inspired.
