		<description>I am on my way to remission after thyroid cancer (total ablation of thyroid) and I want to lose weight and be strong again. Not having a thyroid would seem to make losing weight impossible, but I hear great things about interval training. I have done other programmes with absolutely NO success (weight gain and more inches)! Would interval training help someone whose entire metabolism comes from a pill?</description>
