		<description>The key is to losing body is a clean diet (75% of the equation) and regular high intensity strength training workouts. It&#039;s good that you have muscle mass to work with and my guess is that it&#039;s probably easy for you to pack on muscle (probably a mesomorph body type?). If this is your case, then you may also benefit from 2-3 interval training cardio sessions per week. 20-30 minutes each. Try 30 seconds hard, 60 seconds to recover for that length of time.</description>

I am a size 34 but because of my lower body, I have to buy a size 36 to accommodate the above mentioned. you can imagine that everytime i have to go to the tailor for some adjustment more especially with dresses.</description>
