Maybe this isn’t the most appropriate topic to discuss such things, but what is your opinion on Flaxseed Oil and any other Omega-6 ALA Fatty Acids for men? I’ve heard that it causes the prostate to enlarge due to the conversion of Omega-6 into Omega-3. Is this true? Is it misinformation?

There’s a bit of evidence to suggest that but flaxseed is mostly an omega-3 to begin with so there’s probably some other mechanism at work. I prefer fish oil as a source of omega-3. It’s really the best source we have.
