Cleansing for better health and athletic performance.

The other week, I was asked this question by one of my youtube followers, Rob.
Here’s what he wrote:
“Hi Yuri – my name is Rob and I’m a senior in high school. I’m a 4-time Regional Champion in track and cross country, and I’m really interested in engaging in a body cleansing program. Throughout high school I have ingested many energy drinks and soft drinks and have eaten a great deal of fast food.
Recently, I started focusing on drinking more water, which seems to have contributed notably to my overall wellness. I now want to begin a cleansing program (long term) to improve my running and overall health, but frankly i do not know where to start with so many programs and supplements on the market. After watching your videos, i can tell you really know what you’re talking about.
Any suggestions or advice would be very helpful!
