in your fitter u program can i do a secondary workout right after the primary workout or do i need to do it on the cardio days that you have them outlined in your program
Sandra – if you have enough fuel in the tank than by all means you can do a secondary workout afterwards. However, if you follow the schedule you will still get awesome results. Just make sure you’re giving your body enough time to recover.
Hi yuri, thinking of your 17lessons on abs and belly fat. I’m 62 yrs female, 6 ft and 12st 8lbs – quite flabby around the belly area, would like to reduce 39 inch waistline. Try to eat sensibly, always looking for the quick fix, know you will say regular workouts are the key and you’d be right. – can you give me some advice what are the best exercises to start with? I feel if I could see just a little result I would stick with it. I always give up cause I never see anything happening. Maybe you’ve heard this so many times, if you can give me some help that would be great!
