2 Simple Healthy Eating Tactics

January 28 12 Comments Category: Random Stuff

Last night I gave a talk for one of my mastermind groups in Toronto. The talk was about “energizing nutrition” and I hope to soon have the entire 45-minute presentation up for you to watch and learn from.

In the meantime, I put together a quick little video describing 2 amazingly simple, but very powerful, tactics to help you eat healthier.

Watch and learn:

Give these 2 healthy eating tips a shot and let me know if they’re helpful for you or not.

Have a great day!

Yuri

  1. Great idea, I think I make one chart with excercises on it. even 5 minute here and there add up and when you start its hard to stop, so you might even excercise longer then intended. This work great for hard to motivate people.

  3. Great tips. I like your content. I’d probably link to you or embed some of your videos on my blog (and link to you).

I also like this theme, but I suggest that you change to blog’s title ASAP (from ANTISOCIAL which is the theme’s name).

    • Thanks Rotem. Yes, the theme will be redone by this weekend. I know the antisocial doesn’t really send the right message.

  4. hi juri thanks for the tips they sound a good idea, but tell me do you eat any cooked food at all, and if i eat a lot of fruit in one day wont i put on weight, from all the natural sugars.????

    • Yes Joanne, I do eat cooked foods. I’m by no means a raw foodist but believe that we should eat more raw foods. If you eat a lot of fruit there’s no more tendency to gain weight than if you ate the same amount of calories from any other food. Plus, you get in all that incredible nutrition!

  7. hi juri, thanks for answering my question, but i still dont think i have put the question right, say for instance i have a omelett with raw vegies and mushroom for breakfast, then i may have a craze for fruit for the rest of the day, instead of meals, doese that mean i can eat as much fruit as i wont, or do i have to count my fruits so the calories dont add up too high, as i know nothing about calories its too time consuming.i am afraid the second thing you metioned on your vidio, didnt play . so i dont know what you said about portions.thanks for your help, i am about to creat a chart like you have metioned. joanne

    • I wouldn’t too much about needing to count calories. In general, fruit don’t have many calories compared to other foods. I highly doubt you would pack on weight by eating too much fruit. The key is to balance your intake of food with daily exercise.
