In yesterday’s blog post, Elliott showed us the methodology behind his hybrid workouts which are geared towards to building strong, lean muscle.
If you’re looking to pack on muscle, without unwanted fat gain, then this stuff really works.
And today, Elliott’s going to cover another very important topic pertaining to building muscle…
The hybrid diet.
Again, he’s sent over 2 videos that I’m posting for you here that will make sense of it all.
Enjoy.
Here’s the continuation…
Elliott does a great job at explaining this confusing world of muscle building nutrition and that’s one of the reasons I love recommending his Lean Hybrid Muscle Building program.
Both him and Mike Westerdal to a great job teaching and more importantly developing cutting-edge training and nutrition programs that really work…
That is …if you do.
If you want to learn how to build strong, lean muscle, then…

First, there is no doubt that this method is controversial! In truth, virtually every body building system is! But it is for certain that the conventional methods of “bulking up” and “cutting down” have probably disappointed more people who are trying to obtain dense, lean muscle than any other method in history! Building large, puffy muscles by building calories may indeed turn into yo-yo dieting and, in the end, result in nothing more than disappointment and a bad metabolism. Yet that is exactly what the majority of trainers recommend. Using Lean Hybrid Muscle technology, your goal will be to develop dense, lean muscle by “shifting” your muscle fiber into a more highly efficient state called “type III”, which is one hundred and seventy percent more efficient than other muscle types! With this system you will learn to transform your entire body without resorting to thousands of “bulk up” calories and endless hours of burning them off! The idea here is to avoid those drawbacks and yet still reach the goal.

I watched all these hybrid videos and I like them. I followed the four-hour body for about a month. I lost about 5 pounds which was outstanding for me because it was about the last 5 I needed to lose. But I don’t like the idea of not eating fruit. I am 47 years old, love working out and believe that you always have to keep switching it up.
A few insights: cod liver oil is great, I recently did some research and the best to get is fermented cod liver oil. The absolute best.
I cook with extra virgin coconut oil and use ghee butter as well.
Another favourite fat/protein source is hemp hearts.
Also on fasting day – is it just water? that you drink for liquid.
Is this program for women too?
Yuri I would really like it if you would do a post on whey, soy isolates. Are any isolates good for you – lots of conflicting info out there.
Thanks so much and keep it coming.

Hi yuri, my question is when you mention getting great abs without doing sit ups is that the same thing as crunches cause doing crunches for stomache hurts my back .. Does your amazing abs plan include doing crunches?? Thank you Leda
Yuri
Yes you are correct. Sit-ups, in the long run, can do damage if you don’t have a strong core foundation. My AAS program only uses small range stability ball crunches in a few workouts towards the end.
