And we’re back.
First off, if you didn’t watch yesterday’s video about how to use a kettlebell you should do so before going any further.
In today’s video, Chris is going to walk us through 2 fundamental kettlebell exercises that will strengthen your entire body.
They might look easy. Believe me, they’re not – if done properly.
Watch and enjoy.

Hi Yuri,
You both are great, young and beautiful, but you may be talk a little bit too much. I wish to watch the exercises in practice, because you talk fastly and I listen slowly. Anyway, thanks a lot for share this information and for you kindness and generosity.
María.

I like the Kettlebell Wood Chop.
The rotation addresses so much activity of daily living and you can really feel your obliques. I also think it helps participants become more aware of opening up their tight hip flexors.

Hi Yuri,
Thanks for all the great information. What advice can you give in terms of using kettle bells versus using dumbbells? Is it worth the investment in kettle bells if one already has a series of dumbbells?
Yuri
I would grab at least 1 kettlebell. I personally have an 18kg and a 24kg sitting in my basement that I use frequently.

What a great video! So informative. I’ve been using kettle bells for about 6 mos now w my trainer. Unfortunately, after watching this video-I realize that he has me doing a full squat when doing the first exercise (the swing). I can see the completely see the logic behind the way Chris just demonstrates the swing-but how to tell my trainer that I think he’s had me doing it the wrong way-that’s tough! Any suggestions? (By the way-I love all of your videos, Yuri!)
Yuri
Just tell him. The swing is NOT a squat movement. If he doesn’t know that then he shouldn’t be teaching it to you.

Yuri,
I’m hearing imparied and I don’t know about anyone else (by the way I really like your info, not criticizing) but the background noise overpowers both of your voices so I can’t understand too well… would have been quieter if inside .. but this is my issue maybe..
thanks for great info!

Great info. My only hold up was trying to ffigure out what weight kettvlebell to get. There are multiple choices and i didn’t want to waste money on the wrong size to start. Then I saw an adjustable. Seems to make sense, your thoughts!!

There are so many vids on this on youtube yet this is the clearest one I ‘ve found so far in explaining what is happening when a kettlebell is used, and what to do and not to do. Great service guys !
