Please I need your help ! Do you know any way you can improve your gums and teeth wjile eating raw? My gums are bleeding , so I know that is a sign of gingivitis. I really am afraid of the dentist and what he would do. But a do not want to loose my teeth. Thank you for any hekp you can give me.

Sorry to hear that Deborah. First, I would recommend getting a tissue mineral analysis to see what your body is missing. From there, you can structure a proper plan to follow. Also, chewing solid foods (ie. stressing your teeth) other than fruits and veggies (like nuts, etc…) might be a good idea.

It be great to workout at 3 in the afternoon but unfortunately I’m working or travelling to and from work between 7am and 6pm. So it’s a choice of in the evening or in the evening.

Fantastic observations on nature Yuri! And you are so right about natural forces like ice and plants making their own path without regard to our own human plans and designs. I find the more I eat live foods, the more I feel alive and part of these natural forces…so much so that I am compelled to plant many of those little sprout seeds that I don’t end up eating. Now I’m beginning to see so many amazing results in the little plants I’ve sprouted from sunflowers, wheat, lentils, radishes, flax, and other seeds, beans, and legumes. Spring time is such an energetic time of the year. It is so rewarding to slow down and watch these little live beings make their place in the world. Every morning I am so amazed and delighted at how much more they have grown.

That said, I think this kind of sidetrack in your video is really important and very relevant to your mission to get people healthy. I say that because I feel the more that people engage themselves ‘in-the-world’ rather than trapped ‘in-their-mind’ the more they will realize the need to take care of not only their body but the world their body finds itself in. Yuri, we are never outside of nature; but we humans like to process the hell out of it…albeit our food or natural resources.

If you haven’t read the anthropologist Tim Ingold’s recent work on ‘being alive’, then I suggest you do. I think you will also find a lot of great inspiration in his work. I certainly do.

Keep up the great work, Yuri!

Hey Yuri! This was an awesome video! I started taking a daily 5000 iu vitamin D supplement last week from the the company athletic green/human performance. I know this is a lot, but according to my research, it’s seems to be ok during the colder month. What do you think about that?
    Thanks a lot!

I don’t usually recommend vitamin D supplementation unless you have NO possible exposure to sunlight. I don’t know much about their product but as long as its as the D3 (not D2) aka. cholecalciferol you should be ok.

Thank you for your video blog today! Very informative and helpful. I’m very interested and into the healthful practices and exercises that you teach about, and try to incorporate more of them every day. However, I’m also a veterinarian and can’t help but notice that your dogs seem to be a bit overweight. Maybe it’s just hard to tell from the video, but it sure looks that way. And being as they are Dachshunds (or so it looks) that sets them up for some health problems, just as being overweight does for people. Please talk to your veterinarian about a diet plan for your dogs to help them live the longest happiest life possible too!

Thanks Karen. Yeah, they have gotten a little heavier and will be doing a better job of getting them more active each day. Sadly, Jax is on prednisone which doesn’t help the weight too much but that’s no excuse. Thanks for the reality check.
