  10. Happy Holiday Yuri,

Well I was not as disciplined this season as I have been in the past. Looking forward to getting on track with myself in 2010. I will be turning 49 this year and I am afraid if I start letting myself go now I will be in trouble. So looking forward to you getting me back on track

  20. Ivan, if it wasn’t for the Roman Empire there wouldn’t be Christmas, you’d just be worshipping Mithra or Zeus. JC was just a guy.

  23. Hi Yuri,

Thanks for your support and encouragement, I am nearly at my first goal to run 10k in 1 hour or less. Just completed the distance with an average speed of 9kph. No records in danger here, but I am happy with that, having suffered a heart attack at age 50, two years ago due to coronary artery disease. I am looking forward to getting the next Treadmill Trainer volume soon. Merry Christmas to you and your family and have a great 2010.

  25. Hi Yuri,

Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Looking forward to learning about more ways to optimal health.

Another thing to consider, along with the outside, we need to consider our inner bodies. It is important to keep our blood alkaline as it goes to all our organs. I hope you will visit my website and learn the importance of wheatgrass in cleansing your blood, alkalizing your body and nourishing with amino acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes and fiber giving you maximum energy and stamina. Our wheatgrass is aeroponically grown and includes the roots. Make it a part of your healthy living workout. Four of our packets equals one tray of wheatgrass and is cold dried to maintain the nutrients.

Hey I served turkey dinner to the troops on Sat. night & donned the big red hat and…..jingle balls! You gotta do it for the festive Season!!

My celebtating & conventions have been continuous for the last 6 weeks & yesterday I started the big crackdown & run program as I was feeling so unhealthy! Thanks for the encouragement and looking forward to health & happiness for all in the New Year! Cheers Simone

  30. Merry Christmas Yuri. Heh, I really like the santa hat! I’ve really enjoyed Treadmill Trainer 1 (for a little while). I somehow gimped my knee a little running outside so I’ve been out of it for 3 weeks, but looking forward to getting back into the running.

    All the best,

  32. Merry Christmas, Yuri! I like the Santa hat.

Thanks to your clever, precise exercises and monthly plans, I am able to stay motivated to workout. I am a visual learner so the videos and pictures keep me on track. It’s amazing how much information you provide each month. Almost more than I can digest, but that is GOOD thing!!! During the past year, I have gone down from a 34 inch waist to a 32. And I ran my first 10 mile race with no problems.
